Movement has increased since the last report.
Even though movement has increased, demand is still light with some instances
of moderate.
Some producers last week sold multiple loads of small bales and big bales
trying to clear out their barns for new crop.
Hay growers around the state are focusing their attention on first cuttings
and selling out old crop inventory.
According to the Oregon crop progress report as of April 27th, pasture
is 40% good condition, winter wheat is 45% good condition, 36% of
field corn has been planted.
